I will help guide you from feeling overwhelmed, isolated, and stuck in cycles of anxiety and and over-responsibility... to feeling empowered, connected, and equipped with tools, within a community of others who truly get it.
Week 1: THE BODY
The physiology of grief & personalized nervous system mapping. Because knowing how grief affects your body and how to build containers of safety is how we support a broken heart and soul.
Week 2: RELATIONSHIPS
Communicating boundaries, energetic boundaries, exit plans, and giving yourself permission to not have to do anything you don’t want to. BECAUSE OUR RELATIONSHIPS GET ROCKED, AND IT’S ONE HUGE LAYER OF LOSS WE’RE NOT PREPARED TO NAVIGATE.
Week 3: INTEGRATING LOVED ONE
Continuing bonds- FEELING CONNECTED AND MOVING FORWARD with them, not from them. Incorporating your loved one and rewriting traditions that both honor you and your capacity.
Week 4: ANXIETY
Trauma responses, grief brain, intrusive thoughts & triggers. Tools to use in the moment, and how to stay connected to the present.
Week 5- SOMATIC PRACTICING
Practice in real time,
building & refining
your toolkit. Learn and begin to implement techniques and tools that you can take with you forever.
You don’t have to power through the holidays on autopilot, alone. You can navigate the holidays in a way that honors your needs, honors your loved one, create spaces for complexity while emphasizing relief, safety, and connection with people who just "get it".
